Hello Amazing Ladies!

After 20 years working with this wonderful community as the owner & director of Western Region Health, I thoughts it was finally time we put the "we" in the "west" and created a space for us, the fabulous Women of the West (or WOW, as we like to call it)!

Western Regin Health has partnered with some amazing local businesses from Lake Imaging, Own Your Health Co. and myBrainCo to invite YOU, women from Melton, Bacchus Marsh, and surrounds, to join our fun, FREE community that aims to connect, support, and empower each other in this wild, wonderful, and sometimes wacky journey we call life.

WOW is not about perfection; it's about embracing and cherishing our beautiful imperfections. We believe that each wrinkle tells a story, each grey hair a badge of wisdom, and every laugh line a testament to the joy we've experienced. Perfection is overrated; authenticity is where it's at!

Our WOW gatherings, occur every three months and revolve around community, education, and [of course] a lot of laughter. We share stories, learn from each other, make new friends, and reconnect with old ones - all in a safe, supportive environment. Plus, who can say no to a free glass of wine on arrival?

RSVP and Register Now for our next event, spots are limited!

One more thing...

WE WEAR BURGUNDY!

As we come together for our first WOW bash, let's make a BOLD BURGUNDY fashion statement! Whether it's a sassy scarf, cheeky tights, elegant earrings, or for those fashionistas, an all-burgundy power suit!

Why Burgundy? It's not just because it matches our favourite red wine (although, what a happy coincidence, right?) This vivacious hue symbolises strength, sophistication, and that certain spunk we all have. Plus, it's a bit of a secret handshake - a visual "cheers" to our shared journey in women's health. So let's 'wine' up the night in burgundy and show the world the power of Women of the West!

To RSVP, click here and complete the registration page. And please, spread the WOW by sharing this invitation with your friends.

Let's turn our whispers into a roar!

Remember, there's no such thing as 'perfect,' but being yourself? That's pretty darn close!

Meet Jade,

WOW Founder and Women's Health Advocate.

Hello and welcome, dear WOW Women!

I am Jade, your fellow imperfection-embracer, burgundy enthusiast, and a Woman of the West [WOW!]

As an osteopath and owner of Western Region Health for the past 20 years, I've committed my life to healthcare, leadership, and building meaningful relationships. After surviving a brain tumour and a shift in fate,  this new trajectory took me away from treating patients and to Harvard Business School, where I studied authentic leadership, honing my understanding of the essential qualities that make a leader genuinely influential and respected.

Above all, I hold a steadfast belief that the most accurate measure of a life well-lived is the service we provide to others. Now, it's time to apply that service and leadership to create something extraordinary — the WOW community, where we learn, grow, connect, and celebrate the wonderfully messy art of being imperfect.

I am thrilled to welcome you to our community, where your voice is valued, your experiences matter, and your presence makes a difference.

You may be wondering why you should join us on this journey. Well, I have a story to share...

When I was eight years old, I created my first club with my friends, the 'Pokmerid Club.' Yes, it was as fictional as unicorns and fairy dust, but who doesn't love a sprinkle of magic, right?

Membership to this exclusive club cost a whopping $2, offering the incredible privilege of sitting in a specific part of the yard. Unsurprisingly, my little venture didn't entirely take off initially. But then, something magical happened - I spent hours creating handmade badges and contacting shiny membership cards. Suddenly, the Pokmerid Club was the talk of the Essendon netball courts. Everyone wanted to be part of our little circle. We felt connected, valued, and a part of something bigger than ourselves.

Why do I tell you this? Because it taught me a valuable lesson in leadership: great leaders create environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued. It's no coincidence that these are also the ingredients for meaningful connections and friendships.

Fast forward to today, and that principle still stands. We all want to feel part of something bigger than ourselves.

Fast forward 35 years or so, and here we are. We may no longer be in the schoolyard, but the fundamental human need for connection, belonging, and feeling like we matter hasn't changed.

That's where WOW comes in…

This community is my Pokmerid Club, all grown up. It's a place where we can connect over shared experiences, learn from each other, and above all, feel special and appreciated for exactly who we are – in all our wonderful, messy, not-perfect glory.

Our colour, and my lifelong favourite, burgundy, symbolizes strength, elegance, and the depth of our shared experiences. It's our visible WOW badge and a testament to our commitment to uplifting each other on this journey. When we feel a little lost, we won't need a North Star to guide us; we'll look to the women of the West and feel at home.

So why should you join us? Because this community is where you'll find that deep sense of belonging you've been craving. You'll be a part of a group of women who cheer you on, stand by your side, and celebrate your triumphs. And just like the Pokmerid Club, those badges will be in high demand once the word gets out.

Take advantage of this empowering, supportive, and inspiring community where we can grow, learn, and share in an environment where we all feel like we matter. Let's build a network of women that is so captivating that everyone wants to join but also wants to give back.

Welcome to WOW, ladies. Let's make some magic, just like we did back in the day!

Bringing you my best. Your fellow WOW Woman,

Jade xx
