One winner chosen from each of the three age groups categories - 2-4 years, 5-7 years, and 8-12 years.
Prizes not redeemable for cash. Maximum of three entries per child. Competition not open to teenagers 13 years and over (sorry!) Parent or guardian of entrant must like our Western Region Health Facebook or Instagram accounts and have shared the competition link and entries to their social media.

Winners parents or guardian agree to have the child's first name, age and winning entry posted on our social media. Winners will be announced via social media on Friday the 10th of September, 2021 at 6pm. Winner's parent or guardian will be tagged as notification. Prizes must be collected from our Melton clinic location or can be posted at the winners cost of $30.
